We are always with our thoughts,

We are aware of our feelings but not always in touch or in control of our emotions,
We plan, we have hopes and dreams some of which are fantasy but some are very real and they stay with us,
Memories remain with us, some bad, some good others perhaps even great,
We can at times be lonely, but we are never alone.
Reach out every day go beyond yourself and connect with those who may be in need,
Reach out and make someone else’s day a bit brighter,
Reach out and be in touch with yourself, your heart, your emotions so that you can help

Jeff, you were always a friend from the my first office visit with you to working in your fledgling practice. You were always a dedicated and caring doctor and my parents were patients till the end.
